OATMEAL RAISIN ENERGY BALLS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1-1/2  cups rolled oats
  • 1 scoop PRO® BOURBON VANILLA
  • 1 cup nut butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Start by mixing all the ingredients together in a large bowl. If the dough is too soft, try adding a tbsp of protein powder until the dough firms up. If the dough is too thick, try adding a Tbsp of water until you reach the desired consistency.
  2. Roll the dough into roughly 1 inch sized balls for a total of 15.
  3. Refrigerate the balls for 15-20 minutes. Then enjoy!
