I have definitely noticed an increase in energy throughout the day while taking these supplements. I have been taking these supplements for about 2 1/2 weeks and Ive lost around 5 lbs so far. I lift weights 5-6 days a week and track calories as well, but as of late have hit a bit of a plateau. These supplements have definitely made a noticeable difference in my athletic performance. These will work great with regular exercise and good diet.
