HIGH-PROTEIN PISTACHIO STRAWBERRY ROLLS

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pre-done puff pastry dough rectangular
- 200 g PRO Pistachio High-protein Spread
- 6 g powdered dried strawberries
- 2 tbsp pistachio
DIRECTIONS
- Place the pre-made puff pastry dough on a cutting board.
- Spread the high-protein pistachio spread evenly over the pastry, and sprinkle most of the powdered strawberries, keeping some for garnish, along with the pistachios.
- Roll the pastry from the shorter sides towards the center, then use a sharp knife to slice it into 1 cm-wide (finger-sized) pieces.
- Arrange the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12-13 minutes.
