INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place the pre-made puff pastry dough on a cutting board.
  2. Spread the high-protein pistachio spread evenly over the pastry, and sprinkle most of the powdered strawberries, keeping some for garnish, along with the pistachios.
  3. Roll the pastry from the shorter sides towards the center, then use a sharp knife to slice it into 1 cm-wide (finger-sized) pieces.
  4. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12-13 minutes.
