INGREDIENTS
Crust:
1/2 cup all purpose flour2 Tbsp water
DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 177°C and line an 8-in x 8-in cake pan with parchment paper. Set aside.

Prepare the crust by mixing together all ingredients, forming a ball.

Transfer dough into the pan and use your hands and/or a spatula to spread to the edges of the pan.

Bake the crust for 10 minutes at 177°C.

While the crust is baking, prepare the filling. Whisk the eggs in a medium-size bowl and then add the remaining ingredients. Whisk again well.

Remove crust from oven, cool and pour on filling. Place back in the oven and bake for an additional 18-20 minutes at 177°C.

Allow to cool completely. Cut bars into 6-evenly sized pieces. Serve.
