INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups greek yogurt
- 1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 Protein Powder
- OR
- 1 scoop PRO® Whey Protein Isolate
- Toppings of your choice
DIRECTIONS:
- In a large tupperware container, mix the yogurt and Level-1 together until smooth and no dry powder remains.
- Place the tupperware in the freezer for an hour.
- After an hour, take it out and give it a churn. Break up the clumps with a fork and mix.
- Put the mixture back in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Repeat this process a few more times until the mixture reaches your preferred consistency.
