Protein Fluff

Ingredients

• 1 scoop PRO® Bourbon Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
• 1/4 cup (60ml) PRO® Almond SuperMilk
• 1 teaspoon (5ml) Vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cup Frozen fruit of your choice

Instructions

  1. Add all your ingredients into a large mixing bowl except your toppings.
  2. Using a hand blender, blend everything together until it's creamy. (1-2 minutes)
  3. Using a hand mixer or whisk, mix everything together until it's light and fluffy. It should start to fluff up after around 1-2 minutes).
