In 2019, Nigel was struggling with fitness, feeling fatigued and breathless at work. One day, while commuting on the bus, he noticed an F45 banner near the bus stop. Intrigued, he decided to sign up for a trial on my own, igniting the start of my fitness journey. 

Fast forward to 2024, Nigel is grateful to have met like-minded individuals and supportive coaches who have become friends within the BFT community. This journey has taught him that you are never alone in your pursuit of fitness and well-being.
