Bernice has always been an active individual since she was young, taking part in swimming, gymnastics, taekwondo, and even ballet. Eventually, she took up tenpin bowling and has represented Singapore in the sport for over 15 years.

As a professional athlete and a sports science degree holder, she values the importance of health and fitness - training and quality nutrition play a vital part in these. Bernice hits the gym 5 days a week, combining strength and circuit training. With her active lifestyle, recovery is a key aspect and consuming products with quality ingredients that aid her recovery is paramount to her.
