I have never taken pre workout powders before and only used post workout protein powders a handful of times over the years.

I’m training for an unltra marathon and have been using these two together as a post workout supplement.

The first few days I was using both pre and post workout and I think it was too much on my stomach honestly as I run fasted early in the morning so I switched to just post. No problems, I look forward to it actually. Not exactly sure why.

Good flavor, mixes well without being clumpy but maybe my muscles are also getting what they need.

This is the BEST protein shake you will ever try. My husband and I have both tried the vanilla milkshake and chocolate milkshake flavors and neither have disappointed! We are 1st Phormers for life! No grainy texture and just good all around! Do yourself a favor and get you one.. or get wild and get a few!

I was kind of worried about trying these especially the magical charms flavor! This protein powder is delicious tasting! I have tried the chocolate milkshake and magical charms and really like both a lot. Both aren't overly sweet and are really tasty with no odd after taste. I do use 16 oz of water per a scoop and vhalfba scoop of ignition. I also pre-make the shake the day before my 4am workouts. No clumps and all powder dissolve easily. The Magical Charms is white powder and turns a green blue color when you add water. I like it but I could see some not liking the change in color.

I like that the protein shake is packed with high-quality ingredients that are designed to provide my body with the nutrients it needs to perform at its best, and I can tell! It provides perfect combination of fast-absorbing proteins to fuel my muscles and aid in muscle recovery! Before using this shake, I was always sore/in pain after working out, and now I don't have those issues, and that crazy to me!! I'm rather new to workouts and using protein shakes and I really care about the taste and now what it can do to help me grow my muscles. I really think this shake is a must-try for anyone looking to improve their health and fitness or new to all this like me!

I started my post work stack last year, thanks to my advisor Mary Chatriwala, and haven’t looked back! By far the best post workout protein. I definitely recommend this product.

I have tried a lot of proteins, this is by far the best. I don’t get the bloated tummy feeling like so many others, it dissolves fast into liquid so no clumping .

The ingredients are pure and you can feel the difference in how your body reacts to it. Added bonus is the low sugar content and it’s so tasty. Can’t wait to try more flavors!
